Luxury Fish Pie Range Launched

Simple Simon’s Perfect Pies launched a luxury range of fish pies exclusive to QVC in May. The Biggar pie makers, based in the Scottish Borders, created delicious recipes for three exclusive flavours to be sold through the shopping channel giant.

These luxury fish pies include 50% more fish than their standard pies and come in three premium, mouth-watering flavours.  They are full of large, succulent pieces of fresh fish. Delight in serving Fresh Haddock and Leek Pie, Fresh Cod and Parsley Pie, and Salmon, Dill, Lemon and Caper Pie any night of the week. These indulgent pies are a complete meal, which require no extra side dishes.

The pies are currently on offer at £36.98 (normally £42) + P&P for a box of six (two pies of each flavour). They can only be purchased through the QVC website or via their shopping channel. The pies can be frozen for up to six months or kept refrigerated for two weeks.


Simple Simon’s Perfect Pies was established in 2005 in Coulter, a tiny village in the south of Scotland. A converted barn, set in beautiful countryside is where the magic happens. The 7 strong Pie Team work together creating recipes, and baking and dispatching their fabulous pies all over Britain. They supply Wholefoods, Waitrose, Dobbies and a host of delis, farm shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs the length and breadth of the country. They also sell direct to customers on-line and at Farmers Markets, Food Shows & make regular appearances on the Andi Peters Show on QVC.
