Our interactive map is constantly growing with new fishermen, fishmongers and merchants from across the country. Each week we will feature some of the new entries to the site, telling the story of the methods they use to catch, prepare and sell their seafood and the range of species available across the UK.
George Campbell & Sons, Perth, Scotland

In 1872 a young man by the name of George Campbell opened his door for business. His ambition was to create a reputation for providing the finest fresh fish, shell fish and smoked fish in Scotland. Now, 4 generations later, George Campbell & Sons is a first-class, seafood processing unit and fishmonger shop situated in the City of Perth. The entire team – from buyers out and about at markets selecting the very best of the day’s catch to fishmongers busy manning the shop floor – comes with a wealth of experience in the seafood industry, working to provide customers with the very best in fresh, seasonal, sustainable seafood.
The shop has strong links with fishing boats and markets stretching from Peterhead to Scrabster.  Their busy operation works through the night into “the wee sma’ hours” to receive daily deliveries of quality fish and shellfish from the seas around Scotland and the UK.
